Positioned in the heart of this historic town, our offices take prime location in an elegant and beautifully restored early Victorian property, which sits on the prestigious Head Street. Head Street has for many years been awarded the accolade of being the ‘Little Hamptons’, the road is full of quaint and bespoke shops, adorable eateries and of course a great Property Consultants! Since opening our doors to business in March 2013, we have taken the town and surrounding area by storm. All staff are local to the area and they have a great understanding and insight into the local market conditions. All of our team have worked in property, within the town for many years and unlike any other agent, Michaels really does have brand loyalty. “There is nothing more rewarding than a potential customer asking us if we can provide them with the same service as we gave to their friend. Michael's career in agency began at the tender age of just 16. Just two years later Michael became the manager of a highly reputable estate agents in Braintree before moving his career focus toward the Colchester market where he was an award winning senior manager for one of the country's largest independent agents for over 7 years. Michael has worked through all kinds of markets, good and bad and therefore has a huge amount of experience and knowledge in valuing and selling property in all market conditions.

Working his way from a trainee to local partner in one of the country’s largest estate agency groups, he has unrivalled experience in the busiest of market places whilst upholding excellent standards of personal customer service.

The upmost professional, Aaron's calm and collected approach to sales goes against every stereotype in the industry. Aaron joined us as a trainee in 2016 and quickly worked his way up through the ranks to now hold the Branch Manager title in Colchester, responsible for the day to day running of the branch and also our property listing/marketing campaigns. Aaron has re-invented the marketing strategies here at Michaels and taken our profiles on web based and social media platforms to new levels, a true leader and serious asset to the company.

Connor's organisation, along with his quite remarkable determination to succeed have proved key factors in his promotion from a trainee to Assistant Branch Manager in just 3 years.

Joshua grew up in Colchester and moved to London in his late teens where he began his career in estate agency, gaining unrivalled experience in the industry and in the fastest paced market in the country. Joshua has recently returned to his roots and joined us as our Senior Sales Consultant, and his superbly calm, genuine and professional manner is a true breath of fresh air for our clients and staff alike. Joshua is already setting records with sales figures and has a profound ability to match people with property, at times it would seem when they least expect it.

Jo is remarkably dedicated to helping customers through what is renowned as the most stressful part of the moving process and ensures that all of our clients receive the highest level of service and excellent communication at all times.
