Amanda is the engine room of the office, her organisation skills ensure that the day to day running of the branch is smooth and assists us greatly in upholding our high standards at all times. Amanda has a great deal of experience in property, administration and interior design and this reflects brilliantly on her work.

Joshua grew up in Colchester and moved to London in his late teens where he began his career in estate agency, gaining unrivalled experience in the industry and in the fastest paced market in the country. Joshua has recently returned to his roots and joined us as our Senior Sales Consultant, and his superbly calm, genuine and professional manner is a true breath of fresh air for our clients and staff alike. Joshua is already setting records with sales figures and has a profound ability to match people with property, at times it would seem when they least expect it.

Ella joins the Lettings Division eager to learn and succeed in this dynamic area of our business. Her natural empathy and patience is ideal for this fast pace and competitive industry, particularly when dealing with clients who are new to the rental market, with all of its legislation and conditions. Ella brings a calm reassurance and a precision in her work.

Louis has recently joined us here in Colchester as a trainee and has quite frankly blown us all away with his enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism for such a young man. Loui's day to day responsibilities include viewing appointments, where from the get go we received numerous calls and emails of thanks from clients down to the superb way in which Louis conducts himself. Louis has a very promising future indeed.

Jo originally joined the company as a part time Customer Relations Manager in the Wivenhoe branch, however it was quickly noticed that her organisation skills, her fantastic way with people and ability to solve any problem meant that she was destined for the Sales Progressor role in here in Colchester. Jo is remarkably dedicated to helping customers through what is renowned as the most stressful part of the moving process and ensures that all of our clients receive the highest level of service and excellent communication at all times. Sarah has been in the industry for over 20 years and has worked in a huge variety of roles, from managing single offices to overseeing entire regions for one of the Country's largest independent Estate Agencies.
